One time SET UP FEE   $50

This set-up fee includes the RMS On-Line EDI Software, all license agreements, all retailer set ups, and FedEx of the software package.

if you have multiple retailers!
 
Monthly (Option A)
$185.00 per month for 500,000 characters transmitted or received for as many retailers and documents as you choose. Transmitted and received character counts over 500,000 will be billed at an additional rate of $.0375 per each 1000 characters over the 500,000.*
Consider this 
if you have seasonal
vendors!
 
Usage (Option B)
Charges are incurred per transmittal sent or received: $15 to $25 per purchase order; $5 per invoice. (Ship notices are included with the cost of the invoice.) If no purchase orders are received during a calendar month, a $25 maintenance fee will be assessed. There is a cost cap of $225. If your transmissions are more than 500,000 characters, the rate will be $225.00 plus $.0375 per each additional 1000 characters over 500,000. The purchase order date and invoice date will be used to determine the billing month.*

with one or two retailers!
 
Starter (Option C)
$52.00 per month per retailer. This will cover all documents, including Purchase Orders (850), Invoicing (810), and Advance Ship Notices (856), along with all other documents listed on the documents page.*
*Billing: Monthly statements are processed during the first week of the month and are for charges incurred in the prior calendar month.
*Any QRS or GE charges for UPC catalog service is an additional monthly charge paid directly to QRS or GE.
*Prime or peak time available at additional cost.
