RMS On-Line Software: Upon receipt of a completed and signed service agreement, the software needed to interface with the RMS On-Line system will be sent to the subscriber. Carefully read the related software agreements and warranties shipped with the software. Opening the sealed software disks constitutes the subscriber's agreement to become bound by the following:

RMS ON-Line License Agreement

RMS On-Line Limited Warranty (pertaining to RMS On-Line software)

Service Termination: Subscriber must give 30 days notice and may terminate service by returning RMS On-Line system software via postage paid, certified mail to headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. RMS On-Line will consider service in effect until system software is received. RMS On-Line also reserves the right to terminate service by providing 30 days notice to subscriber.

YOUR COMPUTER MUST USE WIN 98 OR ABOVE. YOUR COMPUTER MUST HAVE A CD DRIVE.
PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL MANAGE THE ON-LINE IMPLEMENTATION FOR YOUR COMPANY AND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPANY'S HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE.
