RMS ON-LINE SALES REP SERVICE CONTRACT
 
Sales reps or salesman can now receive a copy of orders and other data received via the RMS system.  RMS can setup several accounts and allow different retailers to be assigned to different sales reps. 
 
The sales rep will use a copy of the RMS software to receive and print data.  There is no setup charge for this, nor monthly charge for either the vendor or sales rep.  If the sales rep needs any assistance in setup or day to day use, RMS will charge $100 an hour for support.

2.  Vendor should notify RMS immediately in writing if they wish to remove a sales rep from receiving data.

Steps for Sales Rep
 
1.  Download and install the RMS demo software from www.RMSOn-Line.com
 
2.  Wait for an email from RMS that will have instructions for turning the demo into production software.
 
3.  RMS will notify the sales rep via email when new data has been placed in their RMS mailbox that is ready for the sales rep to receive.
 
4.  Sales rep should notify RMS immediately if they receive any data they are not authorize in writing to receive or for a retailer that they no longer represent for a vendor.
